HM has collaborated with Nano and Advanced Materials Institute (NAMI) and development a new patent material technology for Wood Plastic Composite products - ZEN‧WOOD.

Key Advantage 1: Extra Green Business and Environmental Value

ZEN‧WOOD is made of FSC China (Forest Stewardship Council China) wood material and recycled plastic. The use of green construction products positively affects the granting of gross floor area (GFA) concessions. This creates business value for our partners.

Key Advantage 2: New and Unique Technology

A new material technology has been implemented in ZEN‧WOOD with value added elements (HK Short-term Patent No.: HK30056445). This R&D development is a completed collaborative project with one of the designated R&D centres in Hong Kong. It is supported by Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) - Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF).
